Certainly, I can provide a brief description of each of the UK Tier 1 visa sub-categories for high-value migrants:

1.Tier 1 (Exceptional Talent)

This visa sub-category is designed for individuals who have achieved international recognition in the fields of sciences, arts, humanities, engineering, medicine, digital technology, or other creative sectors. Applicants must be endorsed by a designated endorsing body in their respective field to demonstrate their exceptional talent. Successful applicants are allowed to work, live, and contribute their expertise in the UK.

2.Tier 1 (Entrepreneur)

This sub-category is for individuals who have entrepreneurial ambitions and wish to establish, take over, or be involved in running one or more businesses in the UK. Applicants need to meet certain financial and business-related requirements and provide a viable business plan. Successful

entrepreneurs are granted permission to stay in the UK and work on developing their business ventures.

3.Tier 1 (Investor)

The Tier 1 Investor visa is for individuals who intend to make a significant financial investment in the UK. To qualify, applicants must invest a specified amount of funds in eligible UK investments, such as government bonds or active UK trading companies. This visa allows investors and their immediate family members to live and work in the UK.

4.Tier 1 (General)

The Tier 1 (General) category, also known as the Highly Skilled Migrant Programme, was closed to new applicants from outside the UK in 2011 and to most individuals inside the UK in 2015. This category used to be for highly skilled workers and allowed them to come to the UK without a job offer if they met certain points-based criteria related to their education, work experience, and other factors.

5.Tier 1 (Graduate Entrepreneur)

This sub-category targeted non-European graduates who completed their higher education in the UK and demonstrated innovative or entrepreneurial skills. Successful applicants were granted permission to stay in the UK to develop their business ideas. However, this category is no longer available, having been replaced by the Start-up and Innovator visa routes, which provide similar opportunities for graduate entrepreneurs.
